Applications:

We have now completed our enrolment process for September 2024, however, we do have limited availability in some subjects.  

We are not able to make any offers to those wishing to study History or Film Studies 

If you fulfil the entry criteria please refer to the Option Blocks to see that your choice of subjects fits before emailing 6formapplications@joa.herts.sch.uk, attaching a copy of your GCSE results.  


OPTION BLOCKS 2024-26

For timetabling purposes, like many schools, we offer our subjects in option blocks.
This means that students can only study a maximum of one option per block.

Please ensure you refer to our pathways and entry requirements, which can be found in the Sixth Form brochure and on our website.

Please note that option blocks are subject to minor changes due to staffing / timetabling constraints.

Core Maths is a one-year qualification which can be taken in addition to 3 options chosen from the above option blocks. Please see course entry requirements for further details on this course.
