Sixth Form Dress

Girls

Blouse Plain white with a collar.
Jumper/Cardigan Plain black (no ‘hoodies’).
Skirt or Trousers Sixth Form approved skirt
Skirt can be either the pleated or straight cut skirt, purchased directly from www.beatschooluniforms.co.uk or www.uniform4kids.com). Skirts must be appropriate in length.
Trousers must be plain black, no leggings or ‘skinny’ style and not denim. 3⁄4 length trousers are also not permitted.
Shoes Black leather shoes in a style suitable for school (no trainers / plimsolls / boots / heels).
Black shoes only, other colours are not allowed.


Boys

Shirt Plain white with a collar.

Tie Sixth Form tie

Trousers Trousers must be plain black, not ‘skinny’ style and not denim.
Shoes Black leather shoes in a style suitable for school (no trainers/plimsolls).
Black shoes only, other colours are not allowed.

 

NB

  1. OUTDOOR CLOTHING: Coats, jackets or anoraks in plain colours, in a style suitable for school. ‘Hoodies’ are not allowed.
  2. A student’s hair should be conservative in both style, colour and appearance.
  3. Pupils with pierced ears are permitted to wear one pair of plain earrings in the earlobe. No other body/facial piercing is allowed.
  4. We expect the Sixth Form Uniform Code to be adhered to by all students.
  5. Failure to do so will result in students being sent home to ensure their uniform meets the required standard.
