Exam Certificates Summer 2018
GCSE exam certificates will be presented on Thursday 25th October at Watersmeet.
A Level certificates can be collected from St Joan of Arc Sixth form on Tuesday 18th December between 16:00 and 18:00.
If you are unable to collect your certificates on the above date(s) they will be available to collect AFTER this date from reception between 08:00 and 16:00 for a limited period of time. Certificates may be collected on behalf of a candidate by a third party, provided they have written permission from the candidate and with valid identification. All certificates must be signed for. Exam certificates cannot be posted.
It is important you keep these certificates safe. They are a document you may need in years to come and trying to track lost or destroyed certificates is costly and time-consuming. Certificates are held in school for one year and if you have not collected them by this time next year, or you misplace or destroy your certificates, you will need to apply, at a cost to yourself, to the Awarding Body for a replacement certificate (please note that not all Awarding Bodies will issue replacement certificates, instead you will receive a statement of your results).
Certificates from previous years
Some recent uncollected certificates may still remain in the school archive. In order to check if they are still available, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and year of leaving. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required.
If you have lost your certificates you will need to contact the individual Exam Boards yourself. Details of which can be found on https://www.gov.uk/replacement-exam-certificate/who-to-contact . Please note replacements are not always possible, however all exam boards will send your results to Universities and employers (for a charge).
If you have an enquiry about examinations, please contact the Exams Office by emailing email@example.com or by phoning 01923 721890.
