Exams Invigilator

We are looking to recruit a number of Exam Invigilators to join our friendly team at St Joan of Arc Catholic School, to work during the School’s exam periods, mainly March, May/June and November/December.

We would want invigilators to be available for a reasonable number of hours per week during these periods, and whilst it is possible to work just mornings or afternoons, preference would be given to those able to commit to full days.

The successful candidates must be flexible, well organised, confident in dealing with young people, and able to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience is not required as full training will be given.

We also have additional vacancies for candidates who:
• are willing to act as a reader and/or scribe to an individual student
• are willing to set up and manage the invigilation of students in the computer suite

Full training for these additional roles will be provided.

Interviews are planned for w/c 17th October 2022 with training to be held w/c 7th November.
